Annettia Louise Tyler

Annettia Louise Tyler was born on February 20, 1953, to James Nevels and Martha
Curry in Las Vegas, Nevada. Annettia graduated from the Las Vegas Urban High
School in 1971. She had three sons Cory Nevels Sr., Noel Nevels, & Robert Nevels. As
she got older, family became one of her number one priorities. She loved attending the
family functions and spending time with her relatives. You could also often find her
snacking on her favorite mid-day treats and watching her favorite shows.

Annettia worked in the custodial department at the Sands Expo Las Vegas for several
years, before ultimately becoming a housewife. She shared a union with the love of her
life, the Late Mr. Ricky Tyler, the two were married for well over 30 years. Though they
shared their lives together for well over 42 years. They remained devoted and faithful to
one another until Ricky’s passing on November 30, 2022.

Even after years of illness, Annettia remained courageous and gentle hearted. On
January 15, 2023, departed this earth to join her husband Ricky Tyler in eternal
paradise. Preceding her in death were her parents James & Martha Nevels, and two
sisters Annetta Nevels (Twin Sister) & Brenda Joyce Nevels. Annettia leaves to cherish
her sons Corey Nevels Sr., Noel Nevels, & Robert Nevels, two sisters
Wanda & Sue, as well as a host of Grandchildren, Nephews, Nieces, cousins and dear
friends whom loved her deeply.
