Bobby Quintin Brass Sr.

Bobby Quintin Brass Sr. was born on March 17, 1960, in Louisiana to his mother, Alice Walker. He entered this world with a purpose shaped by faith, family, and love. A devoted Baptist, Bobby carried his belief in God throughout his life, allowing his faith to guide his actions, decisions, and the way he cared for others.

Bobby was a proud and devoted father to Bobby Quintin Brass Jr., Demarco Brass, Alicia Wilson-Davidson, and Lester Lewis. He loved his children deeply and took great pride in being their father. His love for his family was evident in every chapter of his life.  Known for his easygoing spirit, calm demeanor, peaceful heart, and warm sense of humor; Bobby had a presence that brought comfort and joy to those around him. Whether offering a gentle word, a reassuring smile, or a moment of laughter, he had a unique gift for making others feel at peace.

Bobby was a genuine and humble man, one who taught by example that no matter where life begins, one can always grow, change, and strive for better. He lived his life with purpose, gratitude, and love, leaving a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. While Bobby held many roles throughout his life, his most cherished titles were Father, Son, Brother, Grandfather, and Friend. These were the roles that truly defined him and brought him the greatest joy.

On November 15, 2025, at the age of 65, Bobby Quintin Brass Sr. was called home to be with the Lord. “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 5:8.

He leaves behind his beloved spouse, Lenora Newson; his children, Bobby Quintin Brass Jr., Demarco Brass, Alicia Wilson-Davidson, and Lester Lewis; his siblings, Philip Kleinpeter Jr, Phillander Kleinpeter, Audrey Spann and Sylvia Walker; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, relatives, and close friends who will forever cherish his memory.  

Bobby will be remembered for his gentle spirit, kind heart, and the loving legacy he leaves behind. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
