Elnora Lee

Elnora Lee affectionately known as “Nunie” was born July 9, 1939, to Burl Lee and Blanche Dotson in Newllton, Louisiana. She attended school in Louisiana where she grew up. In the year of 1960 she moved from Louisiana to Las Vegas, Nevada.

Elnora enjoyed partying and listening to music while spending time with her family. Her favorite food was chocolate. She was a classy dresser, loved getting her nails and hair done. Elnora’s favorite color was red. Everyone around “Nunie” witnessed her spicey personality. Although Elnora never had any children of her own. She took care of and made sure that her siblings had new clothing. She treated them as if they were her children.

Proceeding her in death, both parents Burl Lee and Blanche Dotson; sisters: Gertrude Thomas, Barbara Lee, Ernestine Williams; brothers: George Banks, Hersey Dotson, Willie Tooks.

She leaves to cherish her memories, brothers: Joe (Jennifer) Dotson, Earl Wiggins; sisters, Lilly Gains, Blanche “Tiny” McNeil, Pearl Wiggins, Margie Dotson, Delorise Dotson and Thelma Dotson. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and family members.
