Michael Steven Trapper

Michael Steven Trapper passed away peacefully on July 19, 2025, at the age of 41 in Ely, Nevada.

Michael was born in Valparaiso, Indiana, to Susan Goszewski and Michael Hillman Trapper. He grew up in Portage, Indiana and later attended LaPorte High School. He earned his GED in Michigan before finally settling in Nevada.

He is survived by his fiancé Sharon Walter of Nevada, sister, half-brother, and several aunts, cousins, nieces, and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, grandparents, and several uncles.

A public memorial service will not be held, and the spreading of his ashes will be in a private ceremony. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Michael's honor.
