Raymond John Striano

Raymond J. Striano was born in Brooklyn, New York on May 3, 1945, son of Anthony Striano and Julia Striano nee Julia Vasos, and brother of Anthony Striano and Steven Striano. 

He died peacefully at home in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 10, 2025 after a long illness. 

Raymond attended St. Thomas Aquinas Grammar School and John Jay High School in Brooklyn. He started working while in high school on Wall Street as a runner, and then worked in brokerage houses as a purchase and sales manager until 1989. 

Raymond is survived by Judith M. Striano, his wife of 59 ½ years. They were married in Staten Island, New York on November 27, 1965. They lived in Staten Island from 1966 until 1989 when they moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. Raymond worked in Las Vegas for several casinos until he retired at the age of 62. 

Raymond is also survived by his son Marc Striano of Colorado, 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Raymond was preceded in death by his son Raymond R. Striano.
