Elizabeth Grace Topps was born to the union of Willie & Mattie Bell on December 17, 1959 in Gaston, North Carolina.
Elizabeth was joined in holy matrimony to her lifelong love John Topps on January 20, 1976. To this union they were blessed with a daughter, Nicole Lee Topps, who preceded her in death in September 2013.
